Women’s Ministry
The mission of Northwest’s Women’s Ministry is to connect women to the heart of God, other women, the church, and the community.
Throughout the year, the women’s ministry offers Bible studies, fellowships, service opportunities, a Christmas party, and an annual retreat. Both the Women on Mission and the WMU groups gather together to study God’s Word and to pray for our missionaries throughout the world. Northwest’s women’s retreat is built on the vision of women being restored, renewed, and refreshed by Jesus Christ. By sharing friendships, faith, love, and support, we can offer hope and growth to all the women we reach.
We seek to enrich, support, and disciple women and their families through relationships, example, and God’s Word. Together, we reach out to help women find a life of balance, faith, and the “High Calling” created for them by our Lord Himself. Together, we depend on Him to equip us to be women united in faith and purpose.
Colossians 2:2
My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ.
